Communication Assistant

About the role

The Community Cohesion and Support Center is seeking a proactive and creative Communication Assistant to support its external communications, digital platforms, and content creation. You will work closely with the External Communications Manager to ensure daily operation of online channels and produce engaging communication materials.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of the organization’s social media platforms.
• Plan, create, and publish content across social networks.
• Support audience engagement initiatives and increase community participation.
• Prepare posts, announcements, newsletters, and other communication materials.
• Assist in informational and awareness campaigns.
• Produce short videos, Reels, Stories, and other digital content.
• Support the creation of visual (graphic) content.
• Participate in event photography and lighting.

Required profile

• Medium professional or higher education in journalism, communication, marketing, PR or a related field.
• Experience in managing social media accounts.
• Strong text‑editing abilities.
• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Proficiency with Canva; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or CapCut is a plus.
• Creative, initiative‑taking and responsible.
• English language skills are an advantage.
• Flexibility to travel within Armenian regions.
