Contract Manager

About the role

The Contract Manager will oversee the complete contract lifecycle, ensuring that contracts are processed efficiently, on schedule, and in line with company standards. This position blends contract administration with project management to coordinate cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle from request intake to final approval.
• Act as project manager for contract‑related processes, planning, tracking and delivering tasks on time.
• Monitor daily contract workflows, enforce timelines and service‑level agreements.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Legal, Sales, Finance, Compliance and other departments.
• Create, assign and track Jira tasks, ensuring timely follow‑up and completion.
• Review and handle various contract types, identifying risks and securing stakeholder alignment.
• Organise cross‑functional discussions or committee reviews when needed.
• Verify that all documentation and approvals are complete before contracts are sent for signature.
• Support additional activities as directed by the Team Lead.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Management, Law or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, paralegal or similar roles.
• Strong project‑management and stakeholder‑coordination abilities.
• Good understanding of commercial and financial contract terms.
• High attention to detail and risk awareness.
• Fluent English communication skills.
