Corporate and SME Post‑Operational Specialist

About the role

Fast Bank is seeking a full‑time Corporate and SME Post‑Operational Specialist to join its Yerevan office. The role focuses on post‑operational checks and controls for corporate and SME banking transactions, ensuring accuracy, completeness and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily post‑operational reviews of corporate and SME transaction files, validating documentation and data integrity.
• Reconcile transaction data across multiple banking systems and resolve any discrepancies with relevant teams.
• Monitor transaction workflows, update internal records and prepare operational reports.
• Collaborate with front‑office, risk and compliance departments to improve processes and mitigate operational risk.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Economics or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in banking operations, back‑office or corporate/SME services is an advantage.
• Fluent in Armenian and good working knowledge of English; Russian is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong transaction review and documentation control abilities.
• Proficiency in data reconciliation and accuracy checking.
• Experience with banking systems and standard office software.
