Corporate Sales Manager (B2B)

About the role

GSS Engineering, an engineering company in Armenia's renewable energy sector, is looking for a Corporate Sales Manager (B2B) to grow its corporate sales portfolio, acquire new clients and help reach the company's sales targets. The position is based in Yerevan, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new corporate clients and expand the pipeline of potential customers.
• Organize business meetings, conduct negotiations and establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Present engineering solutions and develop proposals tailored to each client's needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to deal closure.
• Identify new sales opportunities and build long-term, trust-based relationships with corporate clients.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop solutions that meet clients' needs.

Required profile

• Experience in sales or business development; previous B2B sales experience is mandatory.
• Strong client acquisition and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage the sales process independently and close deals.
• Proactive, persistent and motivated, able to work in a team and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent command of Armenian; knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage.
• A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are an advantage.
