Creative Content & Multimedia Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Content & Multimedia Specialist to transform Digitain’s employer brand, culture, and people stories into compelling visual content. You will own the planning, production, and distribution of multimedia assets across our social channels, strengthening our digital presence and employer branding.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit photo, video, and multimedia pieces that showcase life at Digitain.
• Lead employer‑branding content on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, including posting and community engagement.
• Collaborate closely with production teams to deliver end‑to‑end video projects.
• Partner with HR, Marketing, and leadership to identify and tell impactful stories.
• Manage relationships with local production crews and talent.
• Monitor platform trends and adapt formats to stay current.
• Produce content around events, partnerships, and collaborations.
• Coordinate with the Design team to ensure briefs are clear and deadlines met.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation, multimedia production, or social‑media marketing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating photography and social‑first visual work.
• Excellent eye for composition, color, and storytelling.
• Established network within Armenia’s production ecosystem.
• Fluent in Armenian and English.
• Experience in employer branding or internal communications.
• Background in agencies, tech, gaming, or global companies is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere.
• Proficiency with Adobe After Effects.
• Experience using CapCut or similar video editing tools.
• Camera operation and filming equipment handling.
• Motion graphics and animation capabilities.
