CRM Manager

About the role

The CRM Manager will be the main point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound communications, managing mailing lists, and supporting the organization of training sessions and seminars. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Yerevan.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, make outbound calls when needed, and greet office visitors and training participants.
• Collect and maintain email and other data bases, import them into Mailchimp, and run regular mailings.
• Coordinate pre‑event activities: confirm participants, process payments, gather required documents, and prepare participant lists.
• Ensure training rooms are equipped, set up the venue according to guidelines, and welcome participants on the day of the event.
• Perform occasional administrative tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications or a related field.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience; event coordination experience is a plus.
• Intermediate proficiency in English and Russian.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with email‑marketing platforms, preferably Mailchimp.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
