CRM Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a CRM Marketing Manager to lead CXM’s customer lifecycle marketing across 12 markets. Working fully remote, you will use data‑driven segmentation, automation and personalised communications to boost activation, first‑time deposits, retention, reactivation and overall customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end CRM journeys covering onboarding, activation, conversion, loyalty, VIP, churn prevention and win‑back.
• Design, build and launch at least three automated lifecycle journeys (welcome, retention, reactivation) within the first six months.
• Create and optimise email and push campaigns using platforms such as Mailgun, Braze or Klaviyo.
• Develop targeted campaigns based on behaviour, lifecycle stage, market, language and product.
• Maintain and evolve reusable email templates, content blocks and localisation matrices for all 12 markets.
• Manage segmentation, consent lists, exclusions and dynamic content rules.
• Monitor deliverability, bounce rates, spam complaints and domain/IP reputation to ensure 99%+ inbox placement.
• Conduct QA, A/B testing and hold‑out experiments to continuously improve conversion, retention and revenue metrics.
• Collaborate with product, analytics and IT teams to define data and event requirements, with SQL knowledge considered a strong advantage.
• Ensure all communications comply with local regulatory and consent requirements.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience building and managing CRM journeys and automated campaigns across multiple markets.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and drive optimisation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high deliverability standards.
• Proven ability to work remotely and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
