Customer Success Manager

About the role

Buildern is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the post‑sale journey, ensuring new users smoothly adopt the platform and receive ongoing value. You will act as the primary liaison for a portfolio of construction‑focused SaaS customers, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new clients, including kickoff meetings, platform configuration guidance, data preparation, and training sessions.
• Understand each customer’s workflows and business goals, tailoring Buildern to deliver early value.
• Maintain regular communication as the main point of contact, monitoring health, identifying risks, and ensuring product adoption.
• Manage renewals and uncover upsell or cross‑sell opportunities within the account portfolio.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to Product, Support, and other internal teams.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a B2B SaaS customer‑facing role (Customer Success, Onboarding, Sales, or Support).
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to guide customers through onboarding, training, and software adoption.
• Experience managing customer accounts, renewals, and identifying growth opportunities (a plus).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple accounts across time zones.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM and communication tools such as HubSpot, Intercom, and Jira.
• Comfort with data preparation and imports using CSV or Excel files.
