Data Validation Analyst

About the role

ServiceTitan is looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Data Validation Analyst in Yerevan. The role ensures the accuracy and integrity of data migrated from clients' previous software systems into FieldRoutes, working closely with Implementation Specialists and the Data Integrity team to validate, audit and resolve issues during data migration.

Key responsibilities

• Review data in the FieldRoutes database after migration, working with Implementation Specialists and clients
• Audit imported data to find discrepancies or errors
• Document and report data issues to the Data Integrity team and ensure validation requests are complete
• Keep clients informed and attend client meetings with Implementation Specialists to discuss findings
• Support clients on follow-up calls and coach Implementation Specialists on best practices
• Manage several projects at once while meeting deadlines and priorities

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of work experience and education
• More than 1 year of project management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and internal teams
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Self-driven, results-oriented and quick to learn

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• JIRA and Salesforce.com experience preferred but not required
