Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Fast Shift is seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to own user acquisition, mobile app growth, and transaction optimization for its digital wallet, QR payments, and financial products. You will shape high‑level strategy, align campaigns across channels, and drive measurable growth in a fast‑moving fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage performance campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, Yandex, and YouTube.
• Define and execute the organic social media strategy and maintain the content calendar.
• Launch lifecycle campaigns (push notifications, in‑app messaging, email) to boost retention.
• Scale app installs, user registrations, and transaction frequency.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of growth or performance marketing experience, preferably in fintech, e‑commerce, or banking.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on CAC, LTV, and conversion funnels.
