Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Pascal Gaming is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead B2B lead generation and performance marketing initiatives across the iGaming sector. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution of campaigns that drive qualified leads from operators and aggregators.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise inbound lead generation programmes using content, search, social media and email.
• Set up, manage and optimise paid B2B campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads and industry networks.
• Conduct website and landing‑page audits, improve technical SEO and GEO performance.
• Maintain the corporate website, landing pages, LinkedIn presence and newsletter assets.
• Own end‑to‑end campaign implementation, including messaging, targeting, testing and ongoing optimisation.
• Track key metrics, analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Collaborate with product, sales, design, marketing and events teams to align campaigns with game releases and commercial priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Proven hands‑on experience in digital/ performance marketing, lead generation or B2B advertising.
• Ability to work in short cycles, own target metrics and adapt quickly to results.
• Fluent written English for an international audience.
