Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Stamina is expanding from a sales agency into a full‑stack GTM, Sales and RevOps provider across Armenia, Georgia, the UAE and the US. The Digital Marketing Specialist will drive the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Telegram, turning content into reach and trust.

Key responsibilities

• Publish and manage LinkedIn company‑page posts and run an employee‑generated content program using AI tools.
• Plan, script and coordinate production of Instagram Reels, Stories and YouTube short‑form videos.
• Shoot and edit simple in‑house video content when external production is not required.
• Build and manage the Telegram community, including content, posting cadence and member engagement.
• Own the Instagram and YouTube content calendar from planning to publishing.
• Set up and run webinars end‑to‑end, from topic selection to post‑event follow‑up.
• Brief external design and video partners, review deliverables and ensure brand consistency.
• Track reach, engagement and follower growth across all channels and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with designers, sales and leadership to keep assets on‑brand and on‑strategy.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing.
• Proven ability to create, schedule and publish content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Comfortable shooting, editing or briefing short‑form video for Reels, Stories and YouTube.
• Strong copywriting skills in English and Armenian.
• Familiarity with social analytics and reporting tools.
