E-commerce Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized E‑commerce Operations Manager to own day‑to‑day activities for a fast‑growing international health & beauty e‑commerce business operating in ten European markets. You will work directly with the Founder and help shape the operational backbone of the company.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a fully remote operational team.
• Review Meta creatives, campaigns and funnels, ensuring quality before launch.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify bottlenecks and deliver weekly reports to the Founder.
• Oversee customer support, advertising workflows and daily priorities.
• Track inventory levels, sales velocity and manage product reorders.
• Process supplier payments and fund advertising accounts accurately.
• Research new product opportunities and advertising trends using Meta Ads Library and internal tools.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and team expansion.
• Maintain communication with suppliers, agencies, logistics providers and other partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a structured corporate environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage people, processes or operational workflows.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Reliability, discretion and a strong sense of ownership.
