About the role
Intetics Inc. is seeking an entry‑level Incident Editorial Specialist to join its global team. This role offers a solid start in IT, allowing you to work on international projects while gaining experience in real‑time traffic incident monitoring and data curation.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and curate real‑time traffic incidents within assigned geographic zones using a custom‑built platform.
- Collect and validate incident data from multiple sources.
- Update, track, and clear incidents in the system based on incoming information.
- Process alerts and ensure the accuracy of all updates.
- Communicate with shift supervisors to maintain consistent, high‑quality service.
Required profile
- Strong intermediate English proficiency or higher.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
- Familiarity with mapping tools or transportation/traffic data is a plus.
