Field Coordinator – Ranchpar Village (Hybrid)

About the role

Armenia Corps is seeking a Field Coordinator to support the “Co‑Creating Village Participation Models from Local Strengths (Built from Within)” project in Ranchpar village, Ararat region. Working on a hybrid schedule, you will act as the main link between local women participants, university students and the project team, helping to foster inclusive decision‑making and community‑driven initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with the cohort of 10 women participants and 4 university students, providing guidance and ensuring active involvement.
• Assist in planning and delivering workshops, meetings and other community activities, coordinating logistics with local administration and volunteers.
• Support participants in asset‑mapping exercises to identify local strengths, resources and opportunities.
• Help participants develop and implement small‑scale initiatives, tracking progress and connecting them with available support.
• Collect feedback, field observations and attendance data, and prepare concise reports for the Armenia Corps team.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with community members.
• Experience in community engagement, project coordination or similar field work.
• Comfortable working in a rural setting and traveling to Ranchpar village.
• Fluent in Armenian and English, both spoken and written.
