Remote English Trainer

About the role

English with Laura provides English classes to over 100 tech companies and aims to help people communicate freely in English on an international level. The company is seeking experienced English trainers to join the team remotely, either full‑time or part‑time.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lessons using differentiated instructional techniques appropriate to the academic level.
• Engage students to ensure a lively classroom atmosphere.
• Plan course materials and create lesson plans.
• Assess students' progress through homework, tests, etc.
• Write individual and group progress reports.
• Build trusting relationships with students.
• Attend team meetings and demo lessons.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and love for teaching English using modern methods.
• At least 1 year of teaching experience.
• C1 English proficiency.
• BA or MA in TEFL, English language and literature, English Pedagogy, or CELTA.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection, a laptop, and headset with microphone.
• DELTA certification is a plus.
