Freelance Airport Passenger Support – Yerevan Airport

About the role

FlightHelp is looking for reliable freelancers to join its on‑call team at Yerevan Airport. You will help passengers understand their rights and claim compensation when flights are delayed or cancelled. The role is short‑term, event‑driven and does not require any security clearance.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to notifications from the operations team when a flight disruption occurs.
• Travel to the arrivals area of Yerevan Airport and distribute informational flyers to affected passengers.
• Explain FlightHelp’s services in a friendly, calm, and professional manner.
• Act as a reassuring presence for travelers during stressful situations.

Required profile

• Residence in Yerevan or nearby area.
• Good command of Armenian (minimum B2 level); English or additional languages are a plus.
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable interacting with the public.
