Fullstack Developer (Python + React)

About the role

Playrix is looking for a Fullstack Developer to optimise existing internal tools and build new solutions that support the company’s global engineering teams. You will work on both backend and frontend components, influencing architecture and product direction for a suite of internal systems.

Key responsibilities

• Automate and integrate corporate tools such as Asana, Slack, Jira, and Git, turning fragmented scripts into a cohesive system.
• Develop and maintain internal products, including an employee portal, payroll calculation tools, and a hiring‑candidate portal with video transcription and scoring pipelines.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and end‑to‑end development of new features.
• Collaborate with a large engineering community to adopt AI‑first practices and improve development speed.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on Python development and solid knowledge of modern backend stacks.
• Practical experience with React and contemporary frontend technologies.
• Experience deploying applications on Kubernetes and working with cloud providers, preferably AWS.
• Active use of AI tools in development and understanding of AI‑centric software development lifecycle.
