About the role

Menthory, an AI‑powered business management platform, is seeking a proactive Growth Hacker to uncover and generate new B2B opportunities across multiple channels. You will research markets, identify potential customers and partners, and experiment with innovative lead‑generation tactics.

Key responsibilities

• Explore new channels and creative approaches for lead generation.
• Research companies, decision‑makers and market trends to identify relevant contacts.
• Test and analyse different growth and prospecting strategies.
• Build and maintain accurate lists of qualified leads from LinkedIn, databases, directories, social media, events and other sources.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and keep lead data clean and structured.
• Collaborate with sales and growth teams to turn opportunities into business conversations.
• Continuously improve lead‑generation processes and suggest new tools or sources.

Required profile

• Strong AI research and internet‑search abilities.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Curiosity and genuine interest in discovering new opportunities.
• Analytical, structured approach to data and ability to distinguish high‑quality leads.
• Attention to detail and proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
• Previous experience in lead generation, growth hacking, business development or similar roles is a plus.
