Growth Marketing Head

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Head to drive the scaling of two AI‑powered products – KrispWork and KrispCX. You will own the performance‑marketing engine, turning sizable budgets into measurable growth across paid search, social, creator and emerging channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multi‑million‑dollar annual budgets for paid acquisition, setting targets, spend efficiency and channel strategy for both products.
• Identify and expand headroom in existing high‑performing channels, allocating budget where marginal returns are strongest.
• Build and maintain rigorous measurement systems – attribution, incrementality, LTV, payback models, cohort analysis and real‑time dashboards.
• Run a rapid experiment framework: formulate hypotheses, test, analyse results and scale winning tactics while terminating under‑performing ones.
• Develop automation and tooling for bid management, creative testing pipelines, audience synchronization and reporting.
• Oversee two distinct growth motions – a high‑volume prosumer/SMB funnel for KrispWork and a call‑center funnel for KrispCX – applying the appropriate playbooks.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of LTV/CAC, payback curves, marginal ROAS and incrementality.
• Proven track record of running performance campaigns at multi‑million‑dollar scale and delivering measurable growth.
• Systems thinker who has built growth infrastructure from scratch, including tracking, attribution and automation.
• Excellent brand judgment to ensure creatives, landing pages and messaging align with Krisp’s identity.
