Senior SEO Specialist – Russian Speaking (Remote)

About the role

We’re looking for a strategic, execution‑driven Senior SEO Specialist to scale organic growth across traditional search and AI‑driven search (AEO). You’ll own high‑impact SEO initiatives across the full cycle – from research and planning to execution and performance analysis – working closely with content, marketing, and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• SEO execution & optimization – on‑page work, content updates, internal linking, and initiatives that improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Content SEO & briefs – develop SEO briefs based on search intent, semantic depth, internal linking, and CTA logic, and collaborate with copywriters.
• Link building & outreach – identify backlink opportunities, run outreach campaigns, and improve link‑building processes.
• International SEO – analyze international performance, identify localization opportunities, and support global SEO strategies.
• AEO & AI visibility – improve visibility across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other AI‑driven platforms, monitor AEO metrics, and spot growth opportunities.
• AI & automation – leverage AI tools for research, content creation, analysis, outreach, and automate repetitive workflows.
• Technical SEO – monitor site health, indexing, crawling, and technical issues in collaboration with developers.
• Performance & reporting – track rankings, traffic, conversions, and AEO performance, turning data into actionable insights.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on SEO experience.
• Proven success with US market SEO, supported by measurable case studies.
• Experience with AEO/AI search optimization and AI‑driven platforms.
• Experience using AI tools for SEO and marketing workflows, research, analysis, and automation.
• Hands‑on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar tools.
• Strong prioritization, organization, and deadline‑management skills.
• English B2+ with confident written and verbal communication.
