Growth Product Manager

About the role

A growing premium gifting and e‑commerce company in Yerevan is seeking a hands‑on Growth Product Manager. You will own the product roadmap, turn ideas and customer feedback into actionable initiatives, and drive growth across product, marketing and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and prioritize the company’s product roadmap.
• Translate business ideas and customer feedback into clear, actionable initiatives.
• Improve products, ordering, delivery and overall customer experience.
• Lead development and launch of new products, services and B2B offerings.
• Coordinate work between management, marketing, operations and external partners.
• Lead marketing planning and define success metrics for launches and experiments.
• Analyze customer behavior, sales performance, competitors and market opportunities.
• Ensure initiatives move from idea to execution, measurement, documented learning and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Experience in product management, growth, marketing management, e‑commerce or a similar ownership role.
• Strong ability to prioritize broad ideas into realistic execution plans.
• Understanding of how product, marketing, operations and customer experience contribute to growth.
• Confidence working with business metrics, funnels, CRM systems and digital products.
• Strong project management, communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to take responsibility and see initiatives through to completion.
• Fluency in Armenian; English and Russian are strong advantages.
