Growth Transformations Associate

About the role

SoftConstruct is looking for a Growth Transformations Associate to join its Yerevan headquarters. You will work closely with project managers and business leaders to drive strategic initiatives that improve the company’s growth, innovation and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of high‑impact initiatives such as operating model redesign, cost‑efficiency programs and digital transformation.
• Manage and coach a team of 2+ junior members, ensuring quality output and professional development.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocation and budgets across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions to align strategy and operations.
• Prepare data‑driven status updates, executive dashboards and board‑ready materials.
• Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions and decision‑making forums with mid‑ and senior‑level stakeholders.
• Champion change management and internal communication to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
• Track and report on project KPIs and business impact metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, internal strategy or PMO roles (including internships or graduate programs).
• Analytical mindset with a structured, outcome‑driven approach.
• Proactive communicator with strong written and verbal presentation skills.
• High ownership, curiosity, accountability and willingness to learn.
• Fluent in Russian and English; additional languages are a plus.
