Head of Product Analytics (Remote, EMEA)

About the role

Hostaway is looking for its first Product Analytics leader to own product measurement, set standards, and build tools that help teams move faster with confidence. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you’ll work hands‑on with SQL, analyses and mentor others while partnering with data engineering and the CTO.

Key responsibilities

• Set the product measurement standard, defining active customers and segmentation for all analyses.
• Integrate measurement into product planning, ensuring each PRD includes sizing, expected metric impact and a measurement plan.
• Design measurement approaches for AI‑native features where traditional A/B tests are unavailable.
• Provide data‑driven input for investment decisions and raise metrics fluency across product managers.
• Establish technical standards and build the analytics function, including tracking plans, instrumentation specs and data‑quality processes.

Required profile

• 8+ years of product analytics experience, preferably in scaling B2B SaaS.
• Strong data foundations: ability to design clean data models and consistent event tracking, with experience collaborating with data engineering.
• Proven influence: able to challenge senior leaders with evidence and drive data‑led decision making.
• Experience building analytics operating models and business models that withstand finance scrutiny.
