Head of Product Management Department

About the role

The company is looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Product Management to lead its product direction and drive innovation across the organization. You will shape product vision, build scalable strategies and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, user-centric solutions, working closely with executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead market and user research to uncover customer needs, trends and growth opportunities, integrating feedback into product decisions.
• Define and drive product vision, strategy and roadmap, turning insights into actionable plans.
• Partner with executive leadership to align product direction with business objectives and drive innovation at scale.
• Build relationships with external partners, vendors and stakeholders to support product expansion.
• Drive the design and development of innovative, user-centric product solutions.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to delivery and optimization, including backlog management and release planning.
• Foster collaboration across Product, Engineering, Project Management, Marketing, Sales and Customer Support.
• Lead, mentor and scale the Product Management team, building an autonomous, results-oriented group.
• Define and track key product KPIs to optimize performance and drive growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Product Management, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years in Product Management, including at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience defining and executing product strategy, vision and roadmaps.
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle and working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
