HR Administration Specialist

About the role

CreedRoomz is seeking an HR Administration Specialist to support the HR department in Yerevan. This full‑time on‑site position will handle day‑to‑day HR documentation and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS.
• Prepare and process HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding paperwork.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Support the HR team with internal processes and handle day‑to‑day HR inquiries.
• Assist in managing employee benefits, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR administration.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive and flexible approach to problem‑solving.
• Fluent in Russian and English.
