HR Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an organized, warm, and proactive HR Assistant to support employees throughout their journey with the company. The role focuses on onboarding, offboarding, employee feedback collection, and serving as the first point of contact for HR‑related queries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, introductions, orientation, and exit interviews.
• Act as the primary contact for employees on HR questions, requests, and day‑to‑day support.
• Collect employee feedback via surveys, check‑ins, and interviews, track trends, and share insights with HR and management.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, and communicate policies clearly.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and collaborate with managers to resolve employee‑related matters.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate HR processes using AI and digital tools.

Required profile

• Previous experience in HR, People Operations, or a similar people‑focused role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a naturally warm and approachable demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Proactive attitude, ability to take ownership, and manage multiple priorities.
• Discretion in handling confidential information and strong follow‑up capabilities.
• Comfortable using digital tools, quick to learn new software, and an AI‑friendly mindset interested in leveraging ChatGPT or similar tools.
