Inbound Tour Manager

About the role

As an Inbound Tour Manager you will design, coordinate and manage travel itineraries for international visitors, ensuring exceptional service and seamless operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, coordinate and manage inbound travel itineraries for individuals and groups.
• Communicate with international tour operators, travel agents, hotels, transport providers and local suppliers.
• Prepare quotations, tailor‑made programs and travel proposals based on client requirements.
• Oversee reservations, bookings and operational arrangements to ensure seamless tour execution.
• Monitor service quality throughout the customer journey and resolve operational challenges promptly.
• Negotiate rates and maintain strong relationships with hotels, attractions and other tourism partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inbound tourism, destination management or tour operations.
• Strong knowledge of travel services, destination attractions and tourism industry practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
