About the role
Marriott International’s Voyage program is a full‑time, paid development experience for recent graduates. Participants rotate across hotel functions, focusing on Food & Beverage, to build leadership skills and real‑world operational knowledge.
Key responsibilities
- Cultivate customer relationships and champion innovation within the hotel.
- Manage projects, improve processes, and present a Voyage‑specific initiative.
- Participate in mini‑rotations across disciplines and collaborate with global Voyage participants.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Associates acceptable for Culinary) earned within the last two years.
- Strong critical‑thinking, interpersonal communication, and self‑management abilities.
- Desire for personal and professional growth and the right to work in Armenia.
Required skills
- Fluency in the local language may be required.
