Inbound Tourism Sales Agent

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Inbound Tourism Sales Agent to join Yerani Travel. You will be the first point of contact for international travelers, turning inquiries into confirmed bookings and helping guests discover the best travel experiences we offer.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across multiple channels.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable tours, transfers, accommodations, and other travel services.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and manage reservations accurately.
• Promote and upsell additional services to maximize revenue per booking.
• Follow up with potential customers to improve conversion rates.
• Achieve individual sales targets and performance KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proven sales experience with strong negotiation and customer communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Russian (minimum B2 level).
• Experience in tourism is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and computer literacy.
• Proactive, confident, friendly, and customer‑oriented attitude.
