Instructor & Expert – AI for Content Creation

About the role

Nebius Academy seeks an experienced visual‑content practitioner with hands‑on AI expertise to teach AI‑driven content creation. You will lead live sessions, workshops and labs, helping learners apply generative AI tools to produce on‑brand visual, video and interactive assets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging live instruction, workshops and applied learning labs.
• Show real‑world AI workflows for images, videos, documents and interactive content.
• Guide learners in setting up brand assets and creating presentations, one‑pagers and documents with Claude Design or similar tools.
• Assist participants in generating and editing visual assets such as banners, key visuals and illustrations.
• Demonstrate AI‑powered video, animation and explainer‑content creation using tools like RunwayML.
• Support hands‑on projects that build interactive pages and widgets via vibe‑coding platforms.
• Teach automation of recurring production tasks using plugins, n8n, Google Sheets or Google Calendar.
• Provide structured feedback and help adapt workflows to learners’ professional environments.
• Collaborate with the course team to refine templates, checklists and case studies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in visual or video content creation, communications design or marketing production.
• Proven hands‑on experience applying generative AI in real content‑production workflows.
• Strong communication and teaching skills, able to explain practical workflows to non‑technical audiences.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Available to work within European time zones.
