Product Design Lead

About the role

Equiti, a fintech firm providing multi-asset products and brokerage services across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, is looking for a Product Design Lead for its office in Armenia. The role works within one of the company's product pillars, designing end-to-end experiences from early discovery and concepts to polished, production-ready designs, in close collaboration with product managers, engineers and fellow designers.

Key responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences across mobile and web, from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and prototypes
• Translate product requirements and user insights into clear, well-reasoned design solutions
• Work with product managers and engineers throughout discovery, definition and delivery
• Contribute to and work within Equiti's design system, ensuring consistency and quality across products
• Take part in user research and usability testing and use findings to iterate on designs
• Design for a global audience, including multilingual and RTL (Arabic) experiences
• Present work clearly, give and receive constructive feedback and iterate quickly
• Support design QA during implementation so shipped experiences match design intent

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer on consumer-facing digital products
• Experience in cross-functional product teams within an agile environment
• Experience contributing to or working within an established design system
• Interest in fintech, trading or investing is a plus; experience designing RTL interfaces is a bonus

Required skills

• Strong visual and interaction design skills with a portfolio of shipped digital products
• Figma proficiency, including components, variables and prototyping
• Solid grasp of UX fundamentals: information architecture, usability principles and accessibility
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals and technical constraints
