IT Engineer – Network, Server & Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a versatile IT Engineer to manage and support the full spectrum of our technology infrastructure, from network and server environments to video surveillance, hotel systems, and digital signage. The role involves ensuring reliable connectivity, security, and performance across multiple facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Administration and support of network infrastructure for Tashir Arena and related venues, including Cisco Catalyst switches, Cisco Firepower firewalls, MikroTik routers, and Ubiquiti UniFi Wi‑Fi equipment.
• Configuration of VLANs, routing, switching, and network segmentation.
• Management of physical and virtual servers, VMware ESXi/vSphere, Windows Server and Linux systems, and deployment of virtual machines.
• Administration of Hikvision/HikCentral video surveillance, NVR servers, IP cameras, and access‑control solutions such as Face ID terminals.
• Technical support for hotel IT infrastructure, including PMS Shelter, LAN, IP telephony, workstations, and related equipment.
• Support of ticketing and POS systems (Kinoplan, Premier, R‑Keeper, StoreHouse 5) and associated hardware.
• Maintenance of digital signage and LED screen infrastructure using SmartPlayer media players.
• Administration of corporate email, DNS, and domain services via Cloudflare.
• Monitoring, backup, and incident response for servers, network devices, cameras, and critical services.
• User support, workstation setup, and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in network and server administration.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex connectivity and performance issues.
• Strong documentation and communication skills for cross‑functional teamwork.
