IT Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

The IT Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining the full spectrum of network, server, and security systems that support the Tashir Arena complex and its associated facilities. This role combines hands‑on technical work with proactive monitoring to ensure high availability of all IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and support Cisco Catalyst switches and Firepower firewalls, including security policies and access rules.
• Manage MikroTik routers, VLANs, routing, switching, and network segmentation.
• Maintain Ubiquiti UniFi Wi‑Fi infrastructure, access points, switches, and the UniFi Controller.
• Administer physical and virtual servers, VMware ESXi/vSphere environments, Windows Server and Linux systems, and deploy virtual machines.
• Operate Hikvision/HikCentral video surveillance platforms, NVR servers, IP cameras, and access‑control systems such as Face ID terminals.
• Provide technical support for hotel IT systems, including PMS Shelter, LAN/Wi‑Fi, IP telephony, and workstations.
• Support ticketing, POS, and payment infrastructures (Kinoplan, Premier, R‑Keeper, StoreHouse 5).
• Maintain digital signage and LED screen infrastructure, including SmartPlayer media players.
• Administer corporate email services, DNS and domain management via Cloudflare.
• Monitor servers, network equipment, cameras, and critical services; perform backups and maintain technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and access issues for end‑users and coordinate with vendors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing complex network and server environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for connectivity, performance, and security incidents.
• Ability to work collaboratively with IT teams and other departments.
