Senior Project Manager

About the role

Buymie is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to own end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Operations and other stakeholders to ensure initiatives are planned, executed and delivered on time and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage projects from initiation through completion.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines and key deliverables.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, ensuring clear ownership of tasks.
• Track progress, dependencies, risks and blockers, providing regular status updates.
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Identify issues early and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
• Continuously improve project management processes and ways of working.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in an IT/software environment.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional projects involving Product and Engineering teams.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and stakeholder‑communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
