IT Procurement Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Social Discovery Group is seeking an IT Procurement Specialist to support its global portfolio of social entertainment platforms. The role is fully remote and focuses on strategic sourcing, vendor management, financial analysis, and IT asset oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end procurement cycle for IT and SaaS services, including contract negotiation and SLA management.
• Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate 3‑way matching and compliance.
• Conduct financial analysis, OPEX/CAPEX budgeting, and plan‑vs‑actual reporting.
• Optimize cloud costs on AWS and GCP through Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, and proper tagging.
• Maintain IT asset inventories, track hardware lifecycles, and support infrastructure management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT/SaaS procurement and vendor management.
• Strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Understanding of cloud cost structures and FinOps best practices.
• Knowledge of accounts payable workflows and basic accounting principles.
• Experience with IT asset management and inventory systems.
• Russian language proficiency at C1 level and English at B2 level.

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/Query).
• Jira and Confluence.
• ERP systems.
• AWS and GCP cloud platforms.
