IT Sales Manager – B2B Cloud & DevOps Solutions

About the role

Dasmeta is seeking a proactive IT Sales Manager to drive B2B sales of its cloud, DevOps, and Kubernetes solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with technical decision‑makers, and translating technical expertise into clear business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospecting: research target industries, engage prospects via LinkedIn, email, networking, and referrals, and qualify opportunities.
• Sales & deal management: manage the full sales cycle from discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closing, preparing commercial offers and maintaining momentum.
• CRM & sales operations: keep accurate records in the CRM, track pipeline stages, forecast sales, and monitor key metrics.
• Market development & sales improvement: research new markets, monitor competitors, test outreach strategies, and identify partnership opportunities.

Required profile

• Enjoys building relationships and creating opportunities rather than processing inbound leads.
• Curious about technology and able to learn enough about cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and Kubernetes to hold credible conversations with technical stakeholders.
