IT Support Administrator - Fintech, Yerevan

About the role

An international fintech group, represented by Emerald Zebra, is hiring an IT Support Administrator for its brand-new office in Yerevan, Armenia. The group builds trading platforms, payment gateways, AI tools, blockchain solutions and the cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure behind them, serving clients in more than 30 countries. This is a full-time, on-site position, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Active Directory
• Provide IT support to office and remote colleagues
• Manage and maintain the office network
• Set up workstations, hardware and other IT equipment
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
• Manage IT equipment and inventory
• Handle IT support requests and tickets
• Guide and train colleagues on the tools they use

Required profile

• 3 or more years in IT support or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software and networking
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory
• Ability to work independently and manage several requests at once
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Based in Yerevan or able to work on-site there
