Senior Flutter Engineer - Feature Lead

About the role

Tabby, a fintech company behind a payment-splitting service used by over 40,000 brands, is hiring a Senior Flutter developer for its B2B Mobile Core team. The role is fully remote within Europe and acts as a feature lead, accompanying products through the full lifecycle from development to deployment. The team builds the foundational platform and tooling that lets product teams ship mobile features efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile CI/CD infrastructure and release management for the App Store and Google Play.
• Build and support internal SDKs, reusable components and developer tooling.
• Define mobile architecture standards, development principles and technical guidelines across teams.
• Maintain monitoring, alerting and reliability systems to keep applications stable and performant.
• Drive R&D initiatives, improve engineering practices and reduce development complexity for product teams.

Required profile

• Hands-on experience with Dart and Flutter.
• Experience designing app features and architecture (SOLID, DRY, DI, separation of concerns).
• Experience with security and privacy in Flutter apps.
• Experience building fault-tolerant apps driven by metrics and backed by logs.
• Upper intermediate English or above.

• Flutter 3.38, Dart, Riverpod, auto_route, feature-based architecture, MVC pattern.
• Firebase and Customer.io for push notifications.
• Datadog, Segment, Firebase Crashlytics for logging and monitoring.
• GitLab CI, Fastlane, Flow, Swiss nodes for CI/CD, Firebase App Distribution and TestFlight.
