Lead Business Development & International Sales Director

About the role

OneSourceIT is seeking a senior leader to drive B2B sales, expand international markets and secure large‑scale deals. Reporting directly to the CEO/Founder, you will collaborate with Marketing, Project Management and Technical teams to shape the company’s commercial strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Business Development and International Sales strategy.
• Identify and enter new markets, industries and target client segments across Armenia and Europe.
• Build relationships with C‑level decision makers and conduct discovery meetings, presentations and negotiations.
• Prepare commercial proposals, manage the full sales cycle and close high‑value contracts.
• Grow key accounts through cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities.
• Design and optimise the sales pipeline, CRM processes and partnership networks.
• Work with the CEO/Founder on commercial strategy and international expansion.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B or International/Enterprise Sales.
• Proven track record of winning and closing large B2B deals.
• Experience with complex commercial projects on international markets.
• Strong negotiation skills with senior executives.
• Ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline.
• Fluent English (C1+); Armenian required; Russian preferred.
