About the role

Join MY.GAMES as the Lead Community Manager for Rush Royale, a flagship mobile game with over 74 million downloads. You will shape the global community strategy, drive engagement across multiple platforms, and lead a creative team of content and social media specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies for social media, community channels, and external creator programs.
• Manage a team of content and SMM managers as well as external creator specialists.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive content plan for social, web, and in‑app communication.
• Produce text, graphic, and video assets, including writing, translating, formatting, and editing.
• Collect and analyse performance metrics, competitor activity, and audience feedback to optimise reach and engagement.
• Monitor emerging social tools, community trends, and best practices for implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in community management or social media marketing.
• Proven ability to supervise a team of three or more people.
• Strong creative writing skills and experience producing video content (scripting, storyboarding).
• Deep understanding of user motivation and engagement systems.
• Project‑management experience with process building and prioritisation.
