Lead Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Site Reliability Engineer to drive reliability, scalability, and efficiency across our systems. You will work closely with development, security, quality, and operations teams, and lead the adoption of AI‑enabled platform capabilities such as generative AI, autonomous agents, and AIOps.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement SRE practices and define service reliability targets.
• Design, deliver, and maintain cloud‑based solutions on AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes.
• Define and track SLOs/SLIs, manage error budgets, and conduct post‑mortems.
• Automate repetitive tasks to reduce toil and improve resource utilization.
• Guide the integration of AI technologies (GenAI, AI agents, AIOps) into operational workflows.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to engineering and management stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on SRE or related experience.
• Upper‑Intermediate English proficiency (B2) or higher.

Required skills

• Python or other scripting/programming language.
• Experience with AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Strong background in monitoring tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Infrastructure‑as‑Code and configuration‑management expertise.
• Container orchestration with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Implementation of SRE practices: SLO/SLI, error budgets, post‑mortems, capacity planning, incident management.
• Knowledge of AI/ML operations, including GenAI, AI agents, AIOps, LLM deployment and RAG techniques.
