Licensing Specialist

About the role

SoftConstruct is looking for a Licensing Specialist to support its regulatory compliance efforts. You will work closely with regulators, testing labs, and third‑party providers to ensure that all licensing requirements are met and that the company remains fully compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Review legal, financial and technical requirements imposed by regulators for licensing.
• Assist in preparing license applications and completing due‑diligence forms.
• Collect and organise documentation such as gaming system descriptions, network architecture, and IT/IS policies.
• Negotiate and coordinate agreements with regulatory authorities, testing laboratories, auditing firms and other partners.
• Prepare regulatory reports and contribute to market analysis, business planning and financial statement development.
• Execute tasks assigned by senior management, adapting priorities as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance, project management or an international environment.
• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
