Marketing Manager

About the role

Lution LLC is seeking a full‑time Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns that boost brand awareness, generate leads, and deepen customer engagement. Based on‑site in Yerevan, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to shape the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
• Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns to meet lead‑generation and brand‑awareness goals.
• Manage social media and content calendars, coordinating with design and sales teams.
• Analyse campaign performance, produce regular reports, and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Oversee marketing budget allocation and ensure spend efficiency.
• Maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
• Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing management, including campaign planning and performance analysis.
• Strong digital marketing expertise (social media, email, paid ads, content creation).
• Ability to use marketing analytics tools and CRM/marketing automation platforms.
• Solid understanding of branding, positioning, and messaging.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; additional languages are a plus.
• Effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
