Mid-Level US Accountant (Armenia)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented mid‑level US Accountant to join our finance team based in Armenia. This position is ideal for professionals with a few years of accounting experience who want to deepen their expertise in US accounting while working in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations using QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Prepare and post accurate journal entries.
• Generate invoices, checks, account reconciliations, and related financial reports.
• Participate in monthly closing activities and reconcile balance‑sheet accounts.
• Process a high volume of transactions within set deadlines.
• Collaborate with US‑based clients and internal teams to provide accounting support.
• Assist with audits, tax preparation, and financial analysis as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of professional experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with QuickBooks (or similar accounting software).
