About the role

The Nursing Specialist at EasyVisa.ca provides expert guidance to internationally educated nurses navigating immigration and licensing pathways for Canada and GCC countries. Based in Yerevan, this full‑time, on‑site position blends clinical knowledge with regulatory expertise to help clients achieve licensure and employment abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Review clients’ clinical backgrounds and assess documentation requirements.
• Advise nurses on immigration, credential verification, and provincial licensing processes.
• Conduct structured consultations and prepare detailed case notes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate workflow and up‑to‑date client records.
• Contribute nursing expertise to platform content, tools, and educational resources.
• Maintain current knowledge of nursing practice standards and regulatory changes in target destinations.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent qualification; international experience is a plus.
• Strong clinical experience with solid nursing and medical knowledge.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills for client‑facing work.
• Experience with immigration, licensing, or credential evaluation processes is highly beneficial.
• Ability to interpret regulatory guidelines, organize complex information, and translate it into practical steps.
• High cultural sensitivity and professionalism when working with diverse client backgrounds.
• Comfort with online platforms, documentation systems, and remote collaboration tools.
