Operations Builder – Armenian Market

About the role

Alan is looking for an Operations Builder to shape and scale its insurance and health‑care platform in the Armenian market. You will join a fast‑growing Operations team, driving automation, process industrialisation and new health‑service delivery while collaborating closely with Engineering, Product, Care and other functions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic projects such as automating reimbursement processing and building the first components of new health‑service offerings.
• Industrialise operational processes to achieve excellence and support rapid growth.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to align operational capabilities with product diversification and cost‑optimisation goals.
• Continuously improve the operational framework, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

• Proven track record in scaling operations within fast‑moving environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and the ability to challenge traditional insurance and healthcare models.
• Comfort with rapid execution, problem‑solving and delivering high‑impact results.
