Operations Manager – Office of CEO

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, analytical and proactive Operations Manager to work directly within the Office of the CEO. In this pivotal position you will act as a strategic bridge between the CEO and key departments, leading cross‑functional projects and providing data‑driven insights to support executive decisions in a fast‑paced iGaming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, plan and deliver strategic projects initiated by the CEO, managing milestones, resources and cross‑functional teams.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to maximise efficiency.
• Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment with executive strategy.
• Conduct quantitative analysis, financial modelling and data evaluation to support business cases.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards and briefing materials for high‑level meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of direct experience in the iGaming industry.
• Strong background in mathematics, statistics, data analytics or financial modelling.
• Proven track record of managing multi‑departmental projects and delivering results.
• Fluent in Armenian and English (written and spoken); Russian is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
