Part-time PPC / Meta Ads Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time PPC / Meta Ads Specialist to own the day‑to‑day management and optimisation of multiple advertising accounts. The role is hands‑on, data‑driven and fully remote, focusing on campaign set‑up, performance monitoring and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and configure advertising campaigns on Meta Ads platforms.
• Monitor daily performance, adjust budgets, audiences, placements and campaign structures.
• Analyse key metrics (CPL, CPA, CTR, CPM, CR) to pinpoint performance drops.
• Test new audiences, offers and creative assets.
• Provide recommendations for fresh advertising creatives.
• Ensure tracking and conversion events are accurate.
• Prepare regular performance reports and discuss insights with the PPC Team Lead.
• Troubleshoot account, ad and moderation issues.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of performance‑marketing metrics and lead‑generation campaigns.
• Proven ability to identify optimisation opportunities and make data‑driven decisions independently.
• Experience with cold audiences, retargeting and Lookalike audiences.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work without constant supervision.
• Fluent English for ad copy and day‑to‑day communication.
