Partners Customer Retention Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Partners Customer Retention Specialist to join our CRM team in Yerevan. You will work directly with B2B partners to design and run retention campaigns that boost player engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel retention campaigns (email, SMS, push, in‑app) using our CRM Tool.
• Analyse player data and campaign performance to uncover trends and recommend growth strategies.
• Set up, monitor and fine‑tune automation journeys and retention flows aligned with partner objectives.
• Design and manage gamification mechanics such as tournaments, missions and loyalty programmes.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Product teams to translate partner needs into effective CRM initiatives.
• Provide CRM Tool training and ongoing support to partners.
• Segment customer databases for highly personalised targeting.
• Ensure compliance with responsible gaming and regulatory guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any CRM campaign or platform issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM, retention marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and retention strategies.
• Fluency in Armenian and English (mandatory).
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in the iGaming or online entertainment industry.
